Club Golf d’Aro <\/strong>– Mas Nou<\/strong><\/a> is much more than a golf course. It is a complete experience in the middle of nature, where the sea and the mountains merge to offer one of the most privileged landscapes of the Costa Brava. A field with history and recognition<\/h4>\n\n

Designed in 1990 by the prestigious architect Ramon Espinosa, the main course of Golf d’Aro – Mas Nou, of 18 holes and par 72<\/a><\/strong>has received numerous accolades over the years. In 1992 it was awarded as the best course in Europe, and is currently considered one of the most outstanding courses in Catalonia. <\/p>\n\n

The course crosses a Mediterranean landscape of great beauty, with panoramic views of both the sea and the mountains of the Natural Park of Les Gavarres. The holes are designed to offer a technical and visual challenge to the player, combining precision, strategy and contemplation of a unique environment. <\/p>\n\n

Club Golf d’Aro<\/strong> has demonstrated a clear commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment. Proof of this is the achievement of the GEO Certification<\/strong>, an international seal that guarantees good environmental management of golf courses<\/strong>. Only a few courses in Spain have this distinction, which makes Golf d’Aro a benchmark in this aspect as well. <\/p>\n\n

The use of reclaimed water for irrigation, the integration of the field into the natural environment, responsible waste management and the biodiversity of the local ecosystem are some of the pillars of this environmental commitment.<\/p>\n\n

The club also has a 9-hole Pitch & Putt<\/strong> <\/a>with a double tee, which allows you to play an 18-hole course with a total length of 1,588 meters<\/strong>. This shorter course is perfect for beginners as well as for practicing the short game or enjoying a relaxing day of golf. <\/p>\n\n

The spectacular holes such as the 7th<\/strong>, with an impressive visual drop of about 15 meters, or the 8th<\/strong>, a long and narrow uphill hole that represents a real technical challenge. The Pitch & Putt is designed to guarantee fun with safety and respect for the environment, being also irrigated with regenerated water. <\/p>\n\n
